Every TAKEN bracelet is beautifully packaged and shipped straight to your door.

Where we ship: Across Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
Dispatch: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Typically 2–5 business days within the UAE and 3–7 business days across Europe, depending on destination.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties & taxes: Any import duties or taxes for cross-border orders are calculated at checkout where applicable.

30-day returns: Not quite right? Return your unworn bracelet in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn and undamaged, with all packaging intact.
How to start: Email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
